And here i got worried for a second and almost reached for my phaser
rifle, when that "Danger" button suddenly appeared in my taskbar...

Isn't that a standard .NET dialog?

Mr Smith is a wimp. I'd be more worried about Penny.

Anyone know where I can get a "Danger! Danger!" .WAV file? I wanted that to
play when I received my madExcept bug reports. Right now I am stuck with Mr.
Spock saying "Illogical". <g>

Isn't it "Danger! Danger! High voltage ..."?
You have to visualize Robby the Robot's arms flailing insanely to get the
full effect.

Now, now. Robby made a guest appearance on
Lost In Space, but Robby and the Lost in Space
robot just aren't the same thing. ;^)

Right.
Robby's first appearance was on the planet of Altair, where they shot the
movie "Forbidden Planet". He lived there until they had to leave (something
about the planet disintegrating).
Later in his career he moved to Hollywood, but only licensed his likeness to
the TV folks.

I sit corrected. "Robot" was his/her (CMA) name.
One of my favorites too.
BTW: There was at least one other Robby movie.
I believe it was called "The Invisible Boy".

Correct:
http://us.imdb.com/Find?select=Characters&for=robby%20the%20robot
..and also:
http://us.imdb.com/title/tt0087363/fullcredits
(towards the bottom of the cast list)
Neat. Thanks.
