Nick,

You have mentioned on the Delphi newsgroup that you are willing to post
about applications written in Delphi, so here I am.... not sure if this
type of app meets your criteria though.

We've written a pretty popular "Field Management Software" called
"Pioneer StarTech" for the Service Industry which include for instance
HVAC, Plumbing, Pool & Spa repair, Carpet Cleaning, Appliance Repair
etc. any company that has technicians on the road could benefit of our
application.

It manages all the day-to-day operations for these companies, like:
Dispatching, Scheduling, Project/Installation tracking, Billing,
Inventory, Equipment Tracking, Service Agreements, PDA integration (this
feature was not written with Delphi though....) and lots of other stuff
as well.

So in short would love if you could mention it on the blog.

TIA

Thanks Nick!

Not sure how this got a new root thread as I just hit Reply on my
Thunderbird, actually after typing this I saw that my reply was actually
written there, this was actually meant to be sent directly to nick via
email, not sure what happened here... Sorry.

Thanks Ed! much appreciated.

The website is now being redesigned a bit though...

For the screenshots to popup I used the free Lightbox JavaScript
library. See here: http://www.huddletogether.com/projects/lightbox2/

John,

It was written in C#, I also utilized various 3rd party components.

We use a system called alert software by FieldPoint (fieldpoint.net). It
was very expensive, and we aren't real happy with it.
