Someone sent me some screenshots today of an episode of 24 where Jack Bauer
seems to be using Delphi. Very amusing, don't know if anyone else has seen
them...

Anyone know if he's licensed to use Delphi? :)

URL: http://research.workshell.co.uk/delphi/

Enjoy!

.... hmmm is that Succ(Highlander) or what in those
pictures, can you tell?

:-P

There is a code explorer but no object tree view and no desktop control
in the menu bar. My guess is Delphi 4 Professional.

It is neat to see Delphi used in a TV show. :-) And "24" is a good show
too!

Cheers,
Kevin.

Somebody mentioned this quite awhile back, and said he got so excited about
it his wife demanded he leave the room.

Now the question is.

Did he get excited about Jack or delphi :) if it is the first i can
understand his wife's reaction :)

I suspect that she'd demand that he leave the _HOUSE_ and all^h^h^hhalf
his possessions in that case. ;-) She'd probably let him take Delphi
though...

Cheers,
Kevin.

Hmmm... "24" vs. "The 24 hours of Delphi". Not sure of the significance,
but there's no better place the b.p.d.nt for conspiracy theorists!

Way cool!

Although in a way it's a shame it wasn't D2005 using the C#
personality. Then he could've written 'return Elisha;' :-)

You're very welcome. It was me who said it, glad I didn't mangle it too
much. Replays may be available this week, or definitely next.
