phd research objectives

I want a favor hope you will give me some suggestions .
I want to pursue my Phd in Agile Software development.(in Extreme
programing and Scrum).I am from Punjab(India).
I have some research objectives in my mind on the basis of which i
want to start my research work.
Objectives:
* To identify the difference between traditional and agile
software development in context to communication or knowledge
transfer.
* To identify the impact of agile practices on communication in
software development
OR
*To understand communication in context of Agile software
development : in intra or inter teams , teams and project
leaders,Teams and stake holder etc.
* To identify the effect of communication or knowledge sharing on
knowledge dissemination and knowledge retention to gain overall
organization's collective knowledge.
* To build an electronic information radiator for better
communication.
these are some of the objectives which i have decided till now.
i need you kind attention to this and your suggestions so that i can
refine these objectives or can add or delete some of the objectives.
please help me to draw objectives for my doctoral research.
