How to Change Language and Keyboard from Delphi?

Using WinXP, D7
I have installed more than one language in my system. I want to change the
Langage/Keyboard programatically. I can do with Shift+Alt key but I want to
change it to specific language.
WinXP has some new languages support not present in Win2000, NT4 and ME.
Anybody can guide me how can I install new language and Keyborad in those
OSes.
For example UR Language is only supported in XP. How can I install it other
OSes.

You're probably looking for the ActivateKeyboardLayout API call.

I recommend that you download a copy of the Platform SDK. The documentation
that comes with it is very helpful. The code it comes with isn't written in
Delphi, but it's easy enough to translate over.

Unfortunately the Platform SDK documentation doesn't contain any example
code containing the API call in question, but it has more than enough
information for you to be able to figure it out.

I went to SDK site. My God, I can not believe that its all M$ work.
I hope you know the history. DOS deleoped by ???, VB->???, LanManager->IBM,
SQL Server->Sybase, .NET->Inspired by Java (Sun) and so on...
I know we have to live with it. Let me try some other day.
