I want to read in a MP3 file, decode it and then display it's waveform.
Any good component I can buy to achieve this?
Or any good source I can reference?

Hi xuxiang,
Assuming that you have MP3 DirectShow codec (It comest with Windows
Media Player), you can do that using AudioLab - www.mitov.com . The
library is free for non commercial purposes.
