Operator overloading in Delphi 2009..

I'd like to see an example of operator overloading in Delphi (2009)...
the following document suggests this is possible since Delphi 7:

However would like to know if the > and < operators can be overloaded,
and if so, how this should be done.

Additionally, the link above suggests that operator overloading can be
done in records, and not classes - however the 'class' keyword is used
- most confusing!

Any help / insight would be greatly appreciated.
