Asp.net reading dbf tables

Hi,

I trying to create some asp.net applications that can read and
write
to dbf files (up to level 7). I've tried creating regular visual
studio .net apps and using various odbc/oledb options to read and
write to dbf tables. Nothing seems to be fool proof.

I downloaded an eval copy of codegear rad (thinking that it would
be
the only software that would bridge asp.net and dbf access. My
initial
experiences imply that this is not the case. There is the usual dbf
support in the delphi win apps but I don't see the same or similar
bde
objects in the asp.net code gear project.

I realize that codegear is not part of borland anymore but I'm
running out of options. Does anyone know of a relatively robust
intraweb/internet solution that can read and write to dbase level 7
(and probably 8) files? Any help would be appreciated.
