TidHTTP and WebTrends proxy

We're having a little difficulty working out how to negotiate a
WebTrends proxy with TIdHTTP.

We need some information on whether ProxyAuthenticate needs to be used, what value
it should be, as well as any other help.

The version of Indy is 8.00.23.

I can't seem to get anything other than 407 - Proxy Authentication required. It is interesting to note that Internet Explorer sends a cookie to the Proxy server with what appears to be an authentication key of sorts (only for sites that have been previously accessed), however the Indy component does not do this.
