I had a customer who is using Korean IME and is having some success
using my app which is 100% NON-UNICODE controls. I was surprised, until
I did a little reading about codepages, and found out about MBCS. Has
anyone tried using non-Unicode Delphi apps with MBCS Korean regional
settings, including codepage and keyboard, etc.

Another thing driving me crazy testing this was that I moved to Vista
for my primary development workstation, but I purchased Vista Business,
and it appears you have to have Vista Ultimate to install language
packs, and move Vista into Korean mode. Doesn't that just suck.
