Even basic shortcuts like Ctrl+Home and Ctrl+End
to go to the start and end of the current file
are not working.
Shortcuts like Ctrl+Shift+Up/Down
to toggle between interface and implementation
of methods work intermittently in D2006 on code that
compiles perfectly cleanly (so it's not a problem with
invalid code).
Another triumph for the help system, the help
for Tools-Options-Editor Options-Key Mappings
says:
<quote>
Key mapping modules
Lists the available key bindings.
To set the default key binding, use the Editor Options page Editor
SpeedSettings option.
</quote>
But this page 'Editor Speed Settings' does not seem to exist,
and it seems the options page which lists the
available Key Mappings is not the same as the page which you use to
set your current key mappings.
Any ideas?
Cheers,
Chris
No, never heard of it <g>.
Thx for the suggestion.
Do you have Trillian? If so, try closing it and try the shortcuts again.
If not, close any other application that is open and make sure one has not
set a system wide keyboard hook.

Panic over, I've worked it out now.
My Delphi 2006 keyboard settings now match my Delphi 6
keyboard settings.
