You'll need a commercial product like ImageLib (www.imagelib.com) or Lead Tools (www.LeadTools.com). You might check out Peter

a tiff file and place it in the picture property of a control. One
that works for many tiff varieties can be obtained at
http://zimmer.csufresno.edu/~joeo/gvocx.zip. The second step is
to encode a GIF format file. We have an ActiveX dll that accomplishes
this task.

Technical Overview
What does it solve? Doc-to-Net solves the problem of sending text documents
through the browser. Since Microsoft Explorer and Netscape do not support
TIFF CCITT 4 and many other formats, people wanting to access documents
cannot unless they download a plug in each time they logon. With Doc-to-Net,
the user can easily access all text documents and several other file formats
from the browser without a plug in. The Documents or images stay on the
