Intraweb Hxl and HxS not registered in help, RAD Studio 2007?

I have been trying to figure out how to use IntraWeb and as the help didnt
produce anything specific when I press F1 after selecting a IW component I
upgraded the help to the May 08 version hoping that would fix the problem.
In the Help\Doc directory there is a Intraweb sub directory containing the
files Intraweb.Hxl and a Intraweb.HxS but when I check the H2Reg_Log it
looks like those files are not included in the h2h2reg.ini file.

SO my questions are:
1) Is this a bug/oversight by CG that will be fixed in next help release?
2) How do I manually install the files in the help system in a way that they
"work" as other components does by providing context sensitive help when
pressing F1?
