Checking and Distributing .NET with a Delphi app

Hi,

Just wondered if anyone could point me in the right direction here..

I have a D2007 win32 app which has imports and uses a .NET assembly - all
works fine on my machine, but I'm now wondering how to go about installing
the application, assembly (.dll) and current version of .NET (if not already
installed) on clients PC's...

At the moment, we are still using Installshield Express v5 sp2, which I
think could run a seperate .NET setup program at the end of installation ?
