Delphi 7 created Executable Won't Run on some machines

Hello,
I created a delphi 7 executable.
Nothing special about it, but I have had some people tell me that when
they go to start it, it immediately closes.

I'm going to create an empty application to help determine what the
problem may be.
I was hoping someone knows of a "known" problem concerning this.

I'm creating the executable within a Windows XP environment, it works
on my windows XP, but not on another.
Same Service Pack(2).
It has worked on several different version of windows as well along
with other Windows XP installations.

I can not tell what is different between my windows XP and the one it
is not working on.

Any suggestions?
