requesting activation file

hi guys.. i just installed turbo delphi 2006 win32.. and when i try to
register, i can't register on the website anymore.they say it's full
or something...

but i need to use the delphi right away.so can someone send me the
activation file please??i dont' know if it's legal or not. but the
product is free..so i don't know
