Really I have more than one connection open :
1. from my Delphi 2006 development application (I have TIBDabase
connected)
2. from IBConsole open
3. from program I am testing which try to connect
BUT I am in local and I connect with same USERNAME,
I think that with basic license, I should have free access on same
machine in local server. Or not???

Your license looks the same as mine. You are licensed for a singel user
and a maximum of three connections.

No. If you want more connections you must purchase more user licenses.
An alternative may be to download the new Developer Edition. I believe
it allows up to 20 users. You can use it for development but not for
deployment.

Open the Google advanced search page. Enter codegear.com in the Site or
Domain edit box. Enter "InterBase Developers Edition download" without
the quotes in the With All of the Words edit box. Click the Google
Search button. Click the first link that is returned by the search.
