fkLookUp Field value is null

Hi. I'm D5, Bde, Paradox Tables

I Have some Fklookup Fields in a Ttable that worked fine, but sudenly
it doesnt work, all they do (FkLookup Fileds) is return null values.
I have deleted and created again, but the error persists. how can i
fix it... all my app collapsed for this reason, every Ttable thata
have this kind of filed return NULL values.

Help Please !!!
