BDE ERROR 8712 IN BDEADMIN

Whenever I run BdeAdmin and try to view the driver info on the configuration
page, either native or odbc tree nodes, I receive the following error :
"Object not found"
Clicking on the details buttons gives me the following error code: 8712,
the field beside it contains: [$22] [$8].

I have tried uninstalling both delphi and the bde and doing a full reinstall
with no luck in clearing the problem up.
Any ideas/help list of BDE error codes, etc.. would be GREATLY appreciated.

ps. I am running the 4.51 version of the BDE, with Delphi 3.0 CS (latest
build).
I think it might be related to an Intersolv driver I have installed, v3.01
of thier Informix driver.

I found same problem in Italian version. If I substitute BDEadmin.exe
with the english version, all is OK
