Too many record locks on table

Hi all,

i´m working with a dBase for Windows table, but i don´t now why this
error is showed. I append and post records and when record reach the
limit of locks (100 for dBase) the error is showed.

What do i have to do to avoid this?

I do not think there is anyway around the 100 lock limit for Dbase and 255
for Paradox.
You should only hit this if you are doing cached updates. Keep track of the
number of changes made and commit them when they get to 100.

I have another dBase for Windows table and i can append records with no
problem. It has more than 1000 records when the error is showed. The
only difference between two TTable components is the name and the table
name.

I get it. It was a problem with RecNo property.
