Assuming you want to work with local Paradox or Dbase tables you can create
the tables using the Database Desktop utility that comes with Delphi. The
files will be created in the folder that you specify. To understand how to
use and edit the database tables in Delphi you need to read the chapters on
database access in the Developer's Guide. If you have specific questions
post them here. Any user that has your program will be able to view the
database tables. In addition, anyone that has a copy of Paradox for Windows
or another program that allows viewing Paradox or Dbase tables will be able
to view them. You can password protect the tables to make this more
difficult.

I saw that I can use databases in my Delphi 3 apps.
But I did not find any basic help to this and the examples are hard to
understand. The problem is that you have to manage two programs: That
borland Database tool and the implementation in my delphi app.
And I don't know how to do both, but using this database editor is -totally-
unclear to me.

My questions:
How can I create a database?
Where is the file saved?
How can I use/edit this in delphi?
Can users without delphi view the database, too?
(What files do I have to give to them? Can I compile them to my executable?)

Does anybody know answers?

I don't know if it's important... I'm using delphi 3 professional.
