TClientDatasSet.Refresh Memory Leak

Hello World,
In my application I got the following Components:
TMyConnection (Corlab) / TMyQuery / TDataSetProvider /
TClientDataSet / TDataSource.
Database: MySQL.
The data is displayed in a TDBGrid.
Problem: Every time i do a ClientDataSet1.Refresh the memory
consumption grows. Is this a memory leak or am I missing something?
