how to cancel dataset scroll

Try calling Abort or throwing an exception.

Hi

I want that user cannot scroll to another record in TSQLClientDataset when
he has changed something before he either AppliesUpdates or CancelsUpdates.

I can detect in BeforeScroll event handler when there are some pending
updates but I don't know how to prevent that scroll.

Do you know how to do it?

Indeed, the silent Abort exception can be used to kill a lot of
things without disgusting noises (cancels, posts, deletes).
But beware: it doesn't work with neighbors our *** in law people. :-)
