Error opening a BDPConnection

Hi
My BDS2006 has started behaving strange. If I in Data Explorer drags a
connection (that works in the IDE - I can open any table in the defined
connection) to the winform, then opening this connection in runtime
results in a " S" error.
Anybody seen this before ? Any clues ?
