Connect to Sybase 11.5?

I have an OLD Sybase server I want to connect to and test out Eco against.

When I try to do this, I get ""object reference not set to an instance of an
object" when I use the Test button in Connection Editor..

Is this because I don't have some sort of client support installed, or do
you think I have configured the connection wrong?

All I filled in were the database name, the user and the password (which we
verify are correct).
