Importing OCX to Delphi 2006

I am have a similar problem to some un-answered questions from the group.

Import Component
Select >> Import ActiveX Control >> Next
Select >> Adobe >> Next
take the defaults on the Component page for Class Name Palette Page
(ActiveX) and the rest
select Generate Component Wrappers and the next

We I create a new project and go to the palette, there is no ActiveX tab
nor is the control anywhere to be found

Any help???
