I want to drap a value out of a list box into a string grid. I know how to
set up drag and drop. The only thing I'm not sure about is how I tell which
cell in the string grid the user in droping the value into.

No promises, but I suggest inverestigating the MouseToCell method of
the TStringGrid and related subjects in the Help file
