ECO support for Arabic Language

Hello,
I have been trying to build a ECO ASP.NET application with Oracle Database, however, I am having problems with retrieving and saving arabic characters from/to the database.
Normal ASP.NET doesn't have these problems! Am I missing something here? Does anyone know if Borland actually support Arabic characters in ECO applications?

Hello again,
I am posting here again to inform you that I have found out that the problem was with the Oracle setting for NLS_LANG and nothing to do with ECO.
