Hi,

Can someone provide me with guidelines for custom OR mapping?
Maybe there are step-by-step for its usage?
I think it would be helpful for many developers.

How NewMappingProvider, OldMappingProvider and RunTimeMappingProvider can
be used correcly?
Also how FileMappingProvider and DbMappingProvider can be used correclty?
Cow it can changed during application is in production?
