Simple ECO app failure

Hi all,

I've prepared very simple app that fails to run with ECO.
Please can somebody tell what is going wrong...

Actually DB generation is done normally.
But when I run app i get error message: "Specified cast is not valid."
Callstack is:

No answers is not a good thing, so decided to put it to QC:

Can someone please check it and confirm or set "Cannot Reproduce" status?
