How do I get rid of the Ziegler virus from CBuilder 6

I am using Borland CBuilder 6 on a Win XP. After installing the
Ziegler graphics demo on my machine, I decided that it was a product
that was poorly documented and the demos did not work. After un
installing it, I found that I can no longer create a new project and
compile it, as it always comes back with the error,
Fatal: Unable to open file 'ZC1_RT_C06_0220.LIB'

I have tried
- installing and un installing Ziegler several times.
- un installed CBuilder, and reinstalled it.
- used RegEdit to get rid of anything with Ziegler.
The Ziegler Components demo has rendered my machine useless for
development. I consider this product to be a virus unless someone can
tell me how to get rid of it.
