Changing from online help to local help

I am using Builder 2007 professional, which I just upgraded to from
Builder 6.

I originally put in online help for my default help type, but have
since decided I want to change to local help (online help just comes
up too slowly if I just want to do a quick lookup of a variable type
in a structure or something equally short).

The problem is, I cannot find anywhere how to change it. The online
help points me to a menu option that doesn't exist (Tools->Options-
>Help->Online, which would be great, exept there IS no Help submenu in
the options part of the tools menu).

I know it's a dumb question (I just upgraded, so I'm still learning
the quirks of this particular compiler), but I can't seem to find it
anywhere.

Anyone know where this is?
