I would like to use the TDateTime picture control to enter elapsed time
values. But, if I try to set the formatting for a zero time value, I
get a 12:00 time display. Is there any way to set the control for 00:00?

Maybe a dump question:
Is the timer set to 24 houer clock.
I never used the darn thing..;-)
