CB2007 and FastMM

Hi all.

FastMM had limited support for previous builder versions due to some
problems in rtl (as author mentioned in his release notes).

What about CB2007 ?

No, it got deferred to the next release. 8-(

What got deferred exactly? Including FastMM itself? Or fixing the RTL?

Fixing the RTL to support FastMM's leak detection. FastMM is still
available, but C++ programs exit before FastMM can execute the code for
detecting leaks.
