These Newsgroups seem outdated. Where are the new ones?

What makes you think that? Which newsgroups are you looking at exactly?
Are you logging in to newsgroups.codegear.com directly, or are you using a
third-party server?

I'd say he is probably referring to the old names of the groups:

like this:
borland.public.cppbuilder.non-technical


I assume it should be something like this:

codegear.public.cppbuilder.non-technical

or

embarcadero.codegear.public.cppbuilder.non-technical

There are newer names? I use those borland.public.cppbuilder.... I'm
subscribed to pretty much all of them.

I don't see them when listing all the groups on the server.

AFAIK there are not yet.

The op said that the groups look outdated. Since Borland no longer
owns CodeGear, I think the group names do look outdated. I assume that
they will be changed soon.
