convert file

I have a .mpg file. This file has to convert in the .rm file.
Pls suggest if anybody worked with this.
Or
Any third party softwares present free to test

In my experience of video converters, the worst ones are the free ones. This
one http://www.allformp3.com/convert-avi-mpeg-rm/avi-mpeg-rm-converter.htm for
$35 should do what you want, and it's got H.264 support.
