Hi,

I don't think there really is a Pascal to C
converter. Well, at least none you wouldn't
have to correct manually afterwards anyway.

Instead, you could (1) learn Pascal and translate
it yourself, or (2) ask somebody else here to help
you translate it.

This is not possible in general, only a subset of Pascal with many
limitations could be converted to C++. Even this exercise doesn't provide a
unique solution. There are many ways the same thing can expressed in C++.
Writing such a converter would be a waste of time.

I disgree, having done similar conversions myself I found I was mechanically
following a lot of simple rules. If you have a lot of code to convert, such
a tool would be a great starting point, doing all the trivial work without
introducing typing errors.

However, it would only be a first pass. You would still have to go throuh
and manually fix up a lot of the code. In my case, I didn't have enough
code for it to be worth writing my own converter. If I had a few hundred
thousand lines of code, I might have though differently!

Not much help, maybe, but if you have access to a LINUX machine RedHat comes
with a program called p2c that does this.
