System-Messages in the wrong language

Hello,

I develop with C++-Builder 6 in German. Normally the basic language of my
programs is english with german language Dlls if needed.
My Problem:
I developed some programs for an english customer. Both of the programs show
the same behaviour:
If there are any system messages (Database errors when connecting to a
database via ODBC, Message that an inactive window cann't get the focus)
these messages are in German. What is the reason of this behaviour and is
there a way to change it?
