How do I bring up the Resource DLL Wizard in BDS2006?

Hello,

I am trying to create a multi language resource dll for my application.
However, I can't find the Resource Dll Wizard in the New->Other under C++
Builder Projects selection area. How can I do this BDS 2007?

Hello James,

There is no Resource DLL Wizard in CRS2007 and BDS2006 anymore.

By using anything besides the resource DLL wizard. It was a *terrible* way
to translate appplications.

Consider:

dxgettext (http://dybdahl.dk/dxgettext/) -- I've never used it, but it seems
to get decent reviews from users. Free.
TsiLang Components (http://www.sicomponents.com/) -- I haven't used this
product, but if it is as good as they say it is, I'd like to. The price is
reasonable.
Localizer (http://devtools.korzh.com/localizer/) -- I have used this one.
The concept is great and it works fairly well, but it can be a little
finicky and support can be slow. The price is reasonable.

Here's an article with short summaries of several internationalization tools
for Delphi (the author doesn't say if the products are listed in any
particular order -- he just calls them the "Top 7"):
