(Limited) resource DLLs, constant strings and VCL native resource strings

First, I am still stucked with BCB 5 so this question is about creating
resource DLLs with BCB 5.
I know how to create a resource DLL with resource DLL wizard but it is
...well... at least anoying. I use string resources (in a .res file) for all
text in my application including VCL components' properties anyhow and I do
not need to have localized DCUs. Having that in mind can somebody tell me:
(1) how to find out or get *all* constant strings and string resources that
BCB 5 and it's native components use in a resource file manually? And have
them translated once and for all.
(2) does anybody know if somebody has already translated native BCB strings
into German, Italian ... or any other language? Hopefully the way I can use
it of course <s>.
