How to switch the language of database drivers

Hello,
I've a German OS and BCB6 system. The app generated from BCB6 is able to be witchted to English. If this app runs at an original English OS the messages from the DB are still in German. How can I provide both DB drivers so that it can be switched from German to English at runtime. Does somebody know what files are affected. Or, is the only way to select the DB-language during installation?
