I allowed my customers to download an updated DLL. Some of the customers are
receiving an error when the program starts which says the DLL is "Not A
Valid Windows Image". The same files work for me on my computers. What is
this error and how can I fix this.

I have been researching this error and this appears to be a problem that is
part of Windows 2000. There is very little information in the way of a
solution. Is there any standard way to fix this problem? If this happens for
Win2000 every time I update a DLL that would be a real problem.

Thanks
Larry

Are you sure that the file wasn't simply corrupted during download?

"Not A Valid Windows Image" might refer to a dll required by yours and
not the your dll itself.

down the cause of this message.
