How do I program an icon to appear in the taskbar for W95 near the clock?

If you can use a ready-made component, then take a look at our
"ZieglerCollection one", where you, among 50+ other component, will find
what you need.

Try to use the function SHNotifyIcon from the Windows API. It's a little
tricky but no too difficult.

I use a package called StatusIcon to make the icon appear. I
downloaded it from some (I don't remember which one) delphi site. It
is written in C++ and comes with full source.
