Preparing installation disks - how ?

Is there anywhere clear instructions how to make installation disks with
c++builder 2006 ?

There is advices in the discussion groups like
" Choose Project->Settings
Go to the "Linker" page, uncheck "Use dynamic RTL"
Go to the "Packages" page and uncheck "Build with Runtime packages"

But if it goes like this why is it not given in the help files ?

Above instruction is not valid for c++builder 2006 since there is no
checkbox "Build with Runtime packages" on the package page (3 radio buttons
instead).

Problem with borland product is that they have included 3rd part programs
(like installshield) and forgot totally away help and examples resulting
that even simplest application are impossible to deploy. I suppose there
must be someone who has succeeded to make a proper installation disks with
c++builder 2006 ?
