Hi,
i need to redistribute a C++ Builder app, but i dont want to link the
rtl static. Is there a redistributable installer for the runtime, or do
i have to find needed files and pack them in manually?

Depends on your version. BCB6 (and I believe BDS2006) shipped with
InstallShield express and there were Borland RTL merge modules included.
CB2007 ships with a light version of InstallAware which I believe supports
something similar.
