scaling to three-tiered

Hi,

I need help from anyone.

I created an application, with C++ Builder, that manipulates data using
DBE-ODBC-MSAccess database. This is a one-tiered application, but now I want
to scale to a multi-tiered application. I do not want to use the MIDAS, or
any other licensed technology.

Anyone can give an advice or clue?. I will appreciate your help.
