Sorry to email you directly, but I saw your reply to Report #52298 and we're
having the same problem, and we're a bit in a hurry. I just wrote a comment
to this report, and also a message in the newsgroups (cppbuilder.dbexpress).

We're having the same problem described in Report #52298. The syntax error
only happens in runtime. In design time, everything works fine and I can see
the query in a DBGrid.

It seems that the problem didn't exist before the december update.

I can send you the example project if you want.
