Application is not licensed to use this feature

Hi.

I'm just experimenting with turbo 2006 c++.
I dropped some ado components on a form and got (when I ran)
"Application is not licensed to use this feature".

I don't seem to be able to do anything with the database components.

Can someone tell me where to look to trouble shoot this?

Do I need to purchase something to access a database?
(I could go java/JDBC, but I'd like to use this).
