Hello,

I downloaded the Turbo C++ trial and started the installation. It then told
me I needed to install a number of pre-requisites and gave me links to do
so. However, clicking on these links gives me timeout errors from IE.

Does anyone have a set of links that work? It's not a great introduction to
the product.

Thanks

Nige

You need to download the pre-requisites from here:

ftp://ftpd.codegear.com/download/bds/bds_2006_trial/english/arch/disk2/prereqs.zip

Install Microsoft SDK 1.1 first from this download and then try
installing Turbo C++.

Once you have installed it, you will also need to manage the licenses by
going to: Start, All Programs, Borland Developer 2006, Tools, License
Manager.

Then import the text file that has been emailed to you.

Hope this helps.
