What do I need to do If I want to call windows API functions withing
Turboc++.
I noticed that Boarland has its own version of Windows.h and other header
files. Is it still possible to build A Forms application while using windows
API functions

I am confused by your question.

This group is for Turbo C and Turbo C++ but the old versions. The only one
of those which is for Windows is TC++ 4.5 for Windows and it is for 16 bit
Windows and uses OWL which does not have "forms".

There has been a Turbo C++ version released which is a derivative of the
newer C++ Builder compiler. It is for 32 bit Windows, has "forms" and is
covered in the groups with the word 'cppbuilder' in their name.

If the later version is what you are asking about, yes, the header files are
alter so that they are no longer specific to Microsoft compilers. The
compiler happily works with the Windows API but also offers the VCL, the
Visual Component Library, which is an easier way to program than either of
the Windows API or MFC.

Thank you. I only just realized that this is not for the new version of
Turbo C++.
Sorry for posting on the wrong message board.
